Manchester City has already bagged the Premier League Championship title last April 22. Pep Guardiola’s team went home ecstatic with a 5-0 win against Swansea. Gabriel Jesus scored the winning goal in the last two minutes of the game leading the team to victory. It is no surprise then that several Man City players were spotted gallivanting the city streets of Manchester city center.
Belgian professional player Kevin De Bruyne may have lost to Liverpool player Mohamed Salah for PFA player of the year. This did not hinder the player to come out and celebrate with his fellow teammates. Players were seen meeting in Australasia Restaurant prior to getting to the Panacea Nightclub in Mercedes vans and cars.
Among the crew, backroom staff like Mikel Arteta was present in the merry-making, but football manager Pep Guardiola was not in sight. Players like David Silva who led the team early on with a goal twelve minutes into the game also made an appearance. Vincent Kompany, Kyle Walker, John Stones, Ederson Moraes among others were also seen around the city center.
The game was nothing short of victorious all thanks to David Silva, Raheem Sterling, De Bruyne, and Gabriel Jesus who exceeded expectations, racking up goals at the Etihad Stadium. The goals got Manchester City five goals totaling 98 points, just five points behind Chelsea’s record-breaking 103 points from 2009-2010.
