Manchester City’s Ederson and Silva Take Some R&R Post Championship

After the 5-0 Premier League Championship sweep by Manchester City against Swansea last April 22, Pep Guardiola has given the football players some R&R time off. Manchester City players who spent their time off under the sun include Ederson Santana de Moraes and Bernardo Silva.

The two players had no hesitations of flying to the South of France for some R&R with their respective loved ones and families. Goalkeeper, Ederson was spotted on a yacht in Monaco with his wife Lais and their young daughter enjoying some fun in the sun.

The much deserved time off was definitely maximized by players like Portuguese midfielder Bernardo Silva, who celebrated Manchester City’s win with partner Alicia Verrando in a quiet dinner at Buddha Bar, Monaco.

While the two Manchester City ballers were out and about, some players like Nicolas Otamendi had a stay-cation in Manchester for his downtime. Pep Guardiola truly holds pride for the performance of Manchester City. He and the team are utmostly excited to receive the Premier League trophy.

Guardiola gushes about his players and states “They are professionals. They want to play for something, too… It is not easy to break records, so we will have to play well. It’s good to see something to fight for, to achieve something.”
