Wales Manager Thinks United Still has the Upper hand over City in Quadruple

In a recent interview with Ryan Giggs, he shared his humble opinion and worry over the possibility of Manchester City winning a Quadruple. However, Giggs also said that it will take City to push a little harder to get past Pep Guardiola’s team.

The Wales manager in a panel interview at the Carrington training complex said “City are a fantastic team, aren’t they. They’ve already got one and United going out of the FA Cup makes it a bit easier for them. ‘But they’ve got a long way to go. Just like us in the Treble you need a lot of things to go for you that bit of luck, which they had at the weekend. It will be interesting to see what they can achieve.”

The Wales squad will be training at the Carrington Training Complex prior to the friendly match with Trinidad and Tobago at Wrexham. All the weight is in Giggs’ shoulders as he leads his country into the Euro 2020 qualifier wherein they will go head to head with Slovakia. Aaron Ramsey and Ethan Ampadu will not be making appearances as a precaution but Giggs still has his go-to slayer Gareth Bale to back the team up.
