Vincent Janssen’s Move to Monterrey worth 10 Million Pounds

Mexican football club Monterrey has gained Tottenham’s Vincent Janssen for the next summer with a transfer deal worth a whopping £10 million transfer. This is rather surprising for the rather disastrous 3-year spell that showed only 6 goals out of 42 games. Spurs first had the Dutch footballer back in July of 2016 and, where the 25-year-old failed to establish his mark at White Hart Lane, with four of his goals coming from the penalty spot.

A spot-kick against Leicester and one against Bournemouth were the two trademark moves he’s made in his time in the FA Cup and in the League Cup. Prior to his 2017 and 2018 playing season which was on loan at Fenerbahce where he somewhat figured out how to find the net five-time in 18 games. No financial deals were revealed to the Dutch media, but Janssen will be joined by Celso Ortiz, the former AZ Alkmaar team-mate and Paraguay international at the Liga MX club.
