The 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers campaign has been nothing short of a success for Akira Nishino’s Thailand national team as well as the domestic achievements the team has brought forth throughout the year. The team’s consistency and superb exhibition on the field are partly due to 25-year-old Slvakorn Tiatrakul who has also played a key role in the team’s continued excellence. His eye-catching moves on the field have managed to get other teams and managers to notice him, including Japan’s J1 League high-flyers FC Tokyo.
FC Tokyo is willing to offer the winger a trial to come January of next year as reported by Thai media. Japan’s impressive team has garnered 56 points from 29 games during the J1 League this past season. When asked, FC Tokyo revealed in a statement to Thairath news outlet, “Recently, the agency of Sivakorn revealed that FC Tokyo is interested in bringing Sivakorn for a trial in January next year. However, when an offer comes in, we will notify the player about and ultimately, it will be the player who will decide whether to accept it or not.”
