Sergej-Milinkovic-Savic and Manchester United Verbally Agree to United Transfer

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team has reached negotiations with the manager of Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. The 24-year-old midfielder’s agent says they’re a discussion away from getting a final deal from Manchester United, but will depend on whether or not Paul Pogba completes a move to Real Madrid.

United demanded an estimate of £150million to let the player go, while the Spanish giants are keen on finalizing the transfer. Milinkovic-Savic’s agent is Mateja Kezman, an ex-striker from Chelsea and is the point person sealing the deal with United’s side for the 24-year-old player.

When asked about his client, t7he 43-year-old said: “’My thoughts are that I’d like Milinkovic-Savic to stay, but I also believe the club has to consider offers when they come in and then make a decision. Milinkovic is 24 years old now; he’s no longer a kid. I can give him advice, he is at our disposal and hasn’t missed a training session, but then I don’t know what will happen. I hope he stays.”

Milinkovic-Savic is one of Lazio’s mainstays for a while now, having moved from Serie A to Genk in 2015.
