Napoli will have to move on to the Serie A match in Liverpool without their big player Lorenzo Insigne. The 28-year-old striker suffered an elbow injury during his 65 minutes playing time at Napoli’s recent match against AC Milan which concluded a 1-1 draw.
Insigne’s performance at the Liverpool match earlier in the season showed impressive demeanor with 6 assists in 15 appearances in all competitions throughout the campaign. In the last match against Liverpool, a 2-0 victory over the Reds have upped Napoli’s stamina in their campaign.
With Insigne’s absence from the Serie A trip to Liverpool come Monday, there’s no telling how the trajectory of Napoli’s performance will be with the striker out for recovery.
